Credits are only spent when these optional features are used. Each WhatsApp notification (to the seller or to the customer) is 1 credit. Ordinary WhatsApp conversations do not use credits.
Normal orders, catalog browsing and customer activity do not require credits.

Today, customers can pay businesses directly using the payment methods the business provides, such as UPI or QR. Mathondu charges ₹0 platform fee on those payments.
We're working on an optional integrated checkout experience through payment partners. If enabled, applicable payment-processing or platform fees will be shown clearly before payment.
Using mathondu checkout will be optional.
